While I strive to meet deadlines, project timelines are an estimate and are subject to change based on factors such as client response time, feedback, and unforeseen challenges. Delays may result if additional revisions are requested or if you do not provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Payment Terms

All services are subject to the pricing agreed upon before the start of a project. A deposit may be required upfront for larger projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as otherwise specified in the project agreement.

I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods as agreed upon. Payment is due as per the terms of the project, and failure to pay on time may result in delays or cessation of work.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

If you decide to cancel a project, you must notify me in writing. For projects that have already begun, a cancellation fee may apply, and you may be charged for any work completed up until the point of cancellation.

Due to the nature of the services offered, I do not offer refunds once the work has been completed and delivered. However, I will make every effort to revise the work to meet your satisfaction based on the terms of the initial agreement.

9. Confidentiality

I am committed to respecting your privacy and confidentiality. Any proprietary information or confidential materials provided by you will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of fulfilling your project. I will not share any of your personal or business information with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. My total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
