Services and Deliverables

I provide brand design services which may include logo creation, brand strategy, visual identity, and related materials. Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Any changes or additional requests may affect pricing and deadlines.

Payment and Refunds

Payments for services are typically structured as deposits upfront, with the balance due upon project completion or according to a payment schedule agreed in advance. All prices are quoted in £ 'pound sterling'. Refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, though exceptions may apply in certain circumstances, subject to my discretion.

Intellectual Property and Usage

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership or licensing rights to final deliverables as outlined in your agreement. I retain the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a prior confidentiality agreement is in place. You agree not to use the delivered materials unlawfully or infringe on third-party rights.
