Which package should I choose?

Brand Starter if you're just launching and need a great logo and brand essentials on a tight budget. Brand Identity if you want to look properly established and need the full picture (most popular). Brand House if you're growing fast, rebranding, or want the complete strategic foundation. Not sure? Book a free call and I'll tell you honestly.

What is your payment schedule for projects?

A 50% deposit secures your start date in my diary. The remaining 50% is due on completion, before your final files are sent. I accept bank transfer in GBP, and payment plans may be available for The Brand House — just ask.

What if you are not sure what your brand needs yet?

That is completely fine. You do not need a polished brief to get started. If you have a rough idea of what you want to improve or achieve, I’ll help you turn it into a clear direction with the right questions and a focused conversation.

What if I want to add extras after we start?

Totally fine. Any add-ons (website, stationery, packaging, etc.) can be quoted and added to your project at any point. Many clients start with The Brand Identity and add a Wix website once they see how the brand comes together.

How many revisions are included?

Brand Starter: 2 rounds. Brand Identity: 2 rounds. Brand House: 3 rounds. Revisions are clearly defined rounds, not unlimited tweaks. Because we do thorough research and direction-setting upfront, most clients are thrilled with the first concept and revisions are minor refinements.

How do Brand Identity and Brand House compare?

Brand Identity gives you a lighter strategic base: enough research, audience insight and positioning to guide the design well. Brand House goes much deeper, with full audience profiles, buyer journey mapping, competitor analysis, messaging and tone of voice. It is the full blueprint.

Can you work with clients outside Cumbria?

Yes — you can work with me from anywhere in the UK, and I also take on projects worldwide. Everything is managed remotely with video calls, shared files and clear communication, so distance does not get in the way of a smooth project.

Can you just do a logo?

The Brand Starter (£500) is designed exactly for this situation, a logo suite plus the essential brand elements (colour, typography, basic guidelines) to ensure it works consistently everywhere. A standalone logo with nothing else tends to create inconsistency problems quickly, so I always include the essential toolkit.

How does the Wix website add-on work with your brand project?

I design your site directly in Wix and apply your brand throughout, so you get a custom, responsive website that feels like a natural extension of your identity. Once it is handed over, you can edit it yourself. Many clients pair it with The Brand Identity for a complete start.
