Beckside Coaching & Consultancy is a specialist practice providing expert coaching, consultancy, and training for those navigating disability and life-changing injuries. With a focus on career coaching and public speaking, the brand serves as a bridge between high-level professional development and deep, lived-experience expertise. The goal was to build a brand that reflected this unique dual-authority: the specialist knowledge of injury recovery and the professional rigour of elite career coaching.

Summary
The goal was to come into the industry "with a bang" and completely disrupt the status quo. We moved away from the neglected, clinical aesthetic that often plagues the disability sector, replacing it with a sense of luxury and prestige. The resulting identity is sophisticated and aspirational, designed to make clients and organisations feel they are part of something special, powerful, and intentionally high-end.
Challenge
For too long, the disability and injury sector has been visually neglected, often relegated to uninspired, "budget" aesthetics that fail to reflect the value of the individuals within it. The challenge was to reject this narrative entirely. We needed to create a brand that felt prestigious and exclusive, something people would be proud to be associated with, while maintaining the deep specialist authority required for career coaching and consultancy.
Solutions
We developed an identity rooted in Prestige and Empowerment, treating the brand with the same visual rigour as a luxury members' club or a high-end consultancy firm.
Aspirational Aesthetics: We utilised a sophisticated visual language that commands attention. By opting for deep, rich tones and elegant finishes, we created a "luxury sanctuary" feel that honours the importance of the work.
Exclusive Authority: The design system was built to feel like an elite invitation. Every touchpoint, from speaking engagements to training materials, projects a sense of high-value expertise, making the brand a "must-have" partner for forward-thinking organisations.
Dignity Through Design: We proved that accessibility and luxury are not mutually exclusive. By applying premium design principles to an inclusive framework, we created a brand that empowers its audience by treating them with the prestige they deserve.
Outcome: Beckside now stands as a trailblazer, having successfully traded the industry’s typical "charitable" look for a bold, prestigious identity that people are eager to be a part of.
