The Welsh Home Dress is a specialist design practice based in Wales, providing a dual-service model: high-impact property staging (B2B) for the real estate sector and bespoke interior design (B2C) for private homeowners. The project required a brand identity that could bridge the gap between commercial efficiency and personal, emotive design, all while celebrating its distinct Welsh heritage.

Summary
We collaborated to create a "Modern Vintage" identity that positions the brand as a premier authority in the Welsh property market. By balancing heritage-inspired elements with contemporary minimalism, we developed a strategic brand architecture that allows the business to scale across two distinct sectors. The result is a sophisticated, versatile toolkit that feels as at home in a developer’s boardroom as it does in a private client’s living room.
Challenge
The primary challenge was strategic versatility. Most property staging brands feel overly corporate and temporary, while interior design brands can feel too personal or niche. We needed to create a cohesive identity that didn't dilute either service. Furthermore, we wanted to leverage the brand's Welsh location as a premium differentiator without falling into "souvenir" or "rustic" clichés, ensuring the local influence felt elevated and world-class.
Solutions
We developed a visual language rooted in "Modern Vintage" elegance, ensuring the brand felt both established and forward-thinking.
Heritage as Luxury: We integrated the Welsh identity through a deepened, sophisticated colour palette inspired by traditional landscapes. This was further elevated by a bespoke brand pattern featuring the Welsh daffodil, reimagined as a premium "wallpaper" motif for use across collateral.
Dual-Market Architecture: The brand system was designed to be modular. We utilised clean, minimalist typography to provide the professional "weight" needed for B2B developer partnerships, paired with rich, illustrative patterns that provide the warmth required for B2C interior design.
Comprehensive Toolkit: We delivered a full suite of marketing collateral and a digital presence designed for high-end presentation. This ensures every client touchpoint, from digital portfolios to physical lookbooks, conveys the same sense of curated quality.
Outcome: The Welsh Home Dress now possesses a distinctive, prestigious identity that celebrates its roots while competing at a national level in both the property staging and interior design industries.
